Linda S.A. Chigumadzi (Professional Associate)
Linda holds an LLBS Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She was admitted into practice as a Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer in 2021.
Her career began as a Clerk in the Judicial Service Commission where she gained valuable experience in the inner workings of the courts, both upper and lower courts and civil and criminal divisions of such courts.
She also has experience as Prosecutor, having worked as a Legal Officer for the National Prosecuting Authority. She has experience in criminal litigation and is a valued member of the Litigation department.
She has excellent drafting and research skills. A keen interest in corporate and commercial law where her focus in on commercial litigation, labour relations and intellectual property practice.
She Is a member of Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association (ZWLA).
